Can I change tiers or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your retainer with 30 days notice. No lock-in contracts.
What if I need more than my monthly hours?
We offer on-demand work at $150/hour for hours beyond your retainer. You control the pace and priorities.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over, but if you consistently have leftover hours we should discuss downgrading your tier.
How does the onboarding work?
We start with a 1-2 week assessment of your codebase, infrastructure, and priorities. Then we move into monthly retainer work.
Do you work with GCP or just AWS?
We specialize in both AWS and GCP. Let us know your infrastructure preference and we'll match you with the right expertise.
What if I have an emergency or outage?
Critical incidents get priority response. Growth and Enterprise tiers include guaranteed response within hours.
